Dorothy Mulei

Gender Lead

Dorothy is a dedicated advocate for gender equality and social justice with over a decade of experience in the international development sector. Dorothy has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing transformative programs that continue to contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals. During her career she has worked with different NGOs and stakeholders both local and international all working towards inclusive and thriving communities.

Dorothy is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Gender and Development at the University of Nairobi. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Management and Leadership from St.Pauls University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Nairobi.

She is the Gender lead for the TGG-ALM program where she is offering thought leadership and strategic direction on Gender and girl centered programming across the consortium.
