Calleb Okoyo

Calleb is a skilled grants management specialist with over 15 years’ experience in providing grants and financial technical expertise to International and local implementing partners in East, Central and Southern Africa.

He leads and delivers innovative, participatory, and adaptive grants making mechanism at TGG-ALM Programme. Managing a robust, adaptive, and secure granting mechanism throughout the TGG-ALM project cycle management for 80 plus grantee partners across four countries (Kenya,Somaliland,Ethiopia, and Senegal).

He has worked with several International and national NGOs providing leadership  on  grants management, capacity building of partners, contracting, donor compliance, finance and grants policies and procedures development, monitoring and donor reporting.

Calleb holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Project Management), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting), Certified Public Accountant Certificate-CPA-K and Certificate in Project Management (Project Management for Development Professional-PMDPro-Level 1).
