Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Lead 

Jane Meme is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Lead for the The Girl Generation-Support to the Africa-led movement to end female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) programme. She has extensive experience in international development Program Management and  Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), where she has led and supported various programs including providing third-party monitoring services to various development agencies.  

Jane is also an experienced qualitative researcher and holds a Master’s degree in Program Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.  She has a passion for children’s and women’s rights as well as social justice and endeavors to contribute to programs that positively address gender and social inequalities.
